All sales are final. Because AdSnap credits are instantly applied toward AI-generated image creation, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit re-allocations once a purchase is completed.

If you believe a technical error prevented your images from rendering as described (e.g., blank output, corrupted file, text issues), please email johnny@adsnap.app within 7 days of the transaction. Include your account email and the screenshot of the image in the email of the issue. We’ll investigate and, at our sole discretion, may re-run the job or issue replacement credits for the affected images. This policy applies to all one time payment bundles, promotions, and discounted offers.
